How to Request Reviews from Clients?
Option 1 – One-by-One
Go to Customers → select or add a client.
Fill in their name, email, and phone.
Choose Email/SMS/WhatsApp → Click Submit.
Option 2 – Bulk Upload
Go to Review Management → Upload CSV.
Use the Sample File to format your data.
Upload the file and select how to send reviews.
You can also set reminders.
Option 3 - Through Contactlist
Go to Customers
Click on the Contact List sub-menu
Create a new contact list / select the “Action” option of the existing contact list
Click on Send review request

Show Only High-Rated Reviews
In the Setup Widget step: Set a minimum star rating (e.g., 4 stars). Choose how reviews are sorted (newest first, etc.). Enable pop-ups or Propel-only reviews if desired. Click Next, copy the code, and embed it on your site.
Managing Multiple Business Locations?
Use the Location Dropdown in the top-right corner of your dashboard. Switch between branches to view/manage reviews per location.
Change Dashboard Data Range (3 or 6 Months)
Go to your Reviews Dashboard. Find the date range dropdown (usually says “30 days”). Click it and select “3 months” or “6 months.”
