How to Integrate Propel with QuickBooks, Clio, Jobber, Google & Others
Go to Settings → Integrations. Select the service (e.g., QuickBooks, Clio, Stripe, Google). Click Connect, log in, and grant permission. Propel will sync contacts and automate review outreach.
How to Import Your Customer Contacts?
You can manually add contacts in Customers. Or upload a CSV file from the Import Contacts section. Once uploaded, you can start sending review requests right away.
Want to Upgrade Your Plan?
Go to Plan Upgrade on the left menu. Compare plan options (e.g., Standard $50/mo, Premium $199/mo). Select your billing cycle (monthly/yearly). Click on your chosen plan and confirm.
Customize SMS and Email Templates
Go to Templates. Pick the Email or SMS tab. Click “View Template” → edit subject line, body text, and images. Save your changes — done!
Managing Multiple Business Locations?
Use the Location Dropdown in the top-right corner of your dashboard. Switch between branches to view/manage reviews per location.
Show Only High-Rated Reviews
In the Setup Widget step: Set a minimum star rating (e.g., 4 stars). Choose how reviews are sorted (newest first, etc.). Enable pop-ups or Propel-only reviews if desired. Click Next, copy the code, and embed it on your site.
Add Multiple Review Platforms to One Widget
During widget setup, click the + icon beside "Platform." Add more sources like Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc. Finish setup → insert the updated code into your website.
How to Request Reviews from Clients?

Change Dashboard Data Range (3 or 6 Months)
Go to your Reviews Dashboard. Find the date range dropdown (usually says “30 days”). Click it and select “3 months” or “6 months.”
